Passenger side, right side, throttle lever install. |

| BENCH ASSEMBLY
Remove
original levers keeping the wave washer, return spring and nuts. Install the
REDLINE lever & hardware on the carburetor throttle shaft. CAUTION:
Do not over tighten the throttle shaft nut. Proper
tightness can be achieved by installing the throttle shaft nut just
slightly more than finger tight (finger tight, then one more flat on the
nut) and bend lock tab. Check for full throttle operation, idle stop to
wide-open throttle. If any “sticking” or “binding” occurs, loosen
nut, rap on the end of the shaft LIGHTLY and re-tighten with reduced
torque.
